NATURAL FATHER: The only information we have on the alleged father is that he is French-Canadian, Catholic and in good health. NATURAL MOTHER: Age: 16 DESCRIPTION: Weight 125 pounds - Height: 5 feet - Brown eyes and brown hair. She is a pretty girl. NATIONALITY: French Canadian RELIGION: Catholic EDUCATION: Primary School OCCUPATION: Works in a laundry HEALTH: Good NATURAL MOTHER'S FAMILY: She belongs to a family of seven children - No other information on file. ABANDONMENT: Natural mother never visited her child after he was admitted at the institution.
