I might just draw up another one, I'm getting frustrated - overworking one again. erg. I found the griffin and am liking him - he's kinda sly  Today I'm bugged by the 'real mom' thing on Sunday. And finding out mom withheld info about my bson. I feel as though she likes to control the information I get on many things ("I didn't want it to upset you") but I"m a grownup and it's not for her to withhold. He's in town - not calling me... Long story. Sunday was a bchild day for me, the stars lined up and spelled: Contact Birth Children Week. I'm so angry I could scream. |

| I added the one I'm working on and nearly done to that album... need to finish the head and retouch the background. then I'll have finished 2! haha I'm slow |

| I haven't felt up to writing lately, but then I've been so busy and stressed... totally amped on stress today even. Yesterday I had a nice lazy birth day  but now back into stressville, yanno. Haven't done my state taxes either and um, ick!So tomorrow is the Big Event. Birth Mother's Day. I'm starting to worry about all the things that can go wrong (like the catty infighting on Jackson Square among artists, I might get some flak for the sign, or the crowd, or for being smart enough to publicize it... Cross your fingers the cop doesn't get involved). Yeah, you know the South isn't so big on the Constitution and what it says... The submissions I've gotten make up such an impressive document. The variety, the HEART, the sheer humaness relayed within, I and others have found tears in our eyes after reading it. After tomorrow I may assemble a handbook for next year, with pics and the writings after editing names and such. I'll have to ask permission of the writers. Time for lunch. Maia |

| Written by me, with thoughts of Gracie, while writing my friend Nugget (who needs to write a book btw). poetic stanzas are in my book but doubt I'll share them here. Maia You've been Always Loved... -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Once upon a time there was a little Baby Girl. Every day her Momma rubbed her belly which held her daughter, filling her Baby with Love and Good thoughts. Every night she sang songs and whispered sweet adorations, murmers of Motherness. Everyday Momma sighed with sad reflection, “You will have a sweet life, my darling Baby. Sweeter than I can grant, for you I want the Best.” The little Girl rocked, and slept, and sucked her thumb, basking in the Love of her Mother. The day she slid from the Belly into her Mothers Arms, Mother and Daughter relished each other. Eyes so blue, skin so soft, breath so sweet, Baby sweet. Protector, Beloved, Mother mine. And then they were separated. Each to travel a Road separate from the Other with only a string of Connectiveness interlacing their Souls. Never forgotten, Always Loved. Forever in my Heart. |
