| 07/17/06- Went to Orientation for Foster care for Pinellas County with State of Florida 07/27/06- First MAPP class for Foster Care in Largo Florida (Class 10weeks/Thursdays 3hrs From 6:00pm - 9:00pm) 08/10/06- Turned in Licensing paperwork 08/25/06- Water Safety Course at YMCA/American Red Cross (3hr Course) 09/07/06- Livescan for backgound check (fingerprints for FBI,FDLE, and abuse screening) 09/08/06- Dept of Health Home Inspection "APPROVED" 09/28/06- Completed Last Mapp class at "Safe Children Coalition" (Total of 30 hours) 10/23/06- First home visit at 5:00 pm for "Home Study" with "Safe Children Coalition" 01/15/07- Second & Final home visit at 3:00pm for "Home Study" with "Safe Children Coalition" 02/15/07- Newborn Care class at "Morton Plant Mease Health Care" 7:00pm - 9:30pm 02/16/07- Became a Licensed Foster home. 02/21/07- Had our first child placed in our home. A 13 month little girl named J. 07/10/07- Both of our foster childs parents signed surrenders for J and they were TPR. |
