| Wow! I have been a little preoccupied the past couple of days. All I can say is, 'drama, drama, drama!!!!'. My sister and her hubby moved to Pennsylvania this week and called me when they got there with the truck. I guess the house they were going to stay in for a few weeks was absolutely filthy and the previous owner had animals and all kinds of stuff. You can just imagine! Their employers told them that they were not expecting them until the weekend and did not have time to clean it. She said the front door did not lock properly and they did not have money for cleaning supplies. Oh!!!!!!!!! did I mention the carpet was green and the walls red. Yeah, Christmas in June! My sister was in tears and threatened to move back home to live with my parents. At which I do not believe they were to excited to hear:-) Well, I tried to calm her down and when she called back everything was worked out for the next couple of weeks. Sometimes I think I am meant to be the anchor or balance in the family:-) So now back to my job hunting in Illinois and pushing my hubby to help me get things wrapped up here in the next couple of months. We will be moving at least by then end of August. If I get a job sooner, then I will go back earlier and just come up the last week to pack and help my husband get everything packed and loaded. So that is about all for now:-) |
