| Yeah! I have not been able to get on my journal since last week. I am guessing everyone had the same problem. Well, this weekend was really nice. I relaxed on Friday when I got out of work early. Then on Saturday my hubby and I finished up our Pride Classes for foster Care. I will finally get a Saturday off next weekend. I am looking forward to that. My hubby and I went to Sam's Club and bought a new Serta Mattress. O my gosh, it is so nice! We had a cheap bed for about two years now. The springs went bad right after we bought it on sale at some small business in Illinois. We decided to never do that again. A good bed is worth the money. We actually got a great deal on a pillow top and we have slept really well ever since. On Sunday, my hubby had to work from 10-7 so I slept in and played my Sims2 game with our new Sims University add on. It is really fun. Then I cleaned and went on a walk. Monday was really the best day. My husband and I drove three hours to Ludington MI to walk on the beach and have a picnic. We have not done anything like that in a while. It was a bit chilly with the wind, but the sun was nice. Then we drove back and watched a movie together while we had dinner. Days like that are great memorys. Who knows when you will be alone with your spouse again. Next year at this time I want to have a baby around so we will not be centered on ourselves anymore that is for sure. I guess that is about it for now. It is 80 degrees out today and lovely. I think I will take an extra long lunch to enjoy the sun. |
